Hi, I’m Marina.

Hi, I’m Marina. I started as a UX Designer on Brasil Participativo, a public participation platform built on open-source software, and I grew into the Lead Product Designer of the team.

Along the way I learned that leading design is less about making every decision and more about creating the conditions for good ones: shared criteria, a design system the whole team can trust, and room to disagree and learn. I still like being close to the work, from mapping a flow to reviewing a handoff.
